Purchases & Refunds

We're sorry that you are facing issues or network problem with our payment process at the moment. Payments might not go through for various reasons:

There isn't enough money in your PayPal balance to complete the payment or Your PayPal account is limited. If yes, then deposit money into your paypal or check to remove limitation.

The balance on your bank account or credit card is not sufficient or your credit card was declined, check to see if: Your card is expired, if yes, then update your card expiration date.

If your payment is still not going through, then there may be an issue with how the page was loaded in your session. This can be fixed via the following:

1. Go to the Course homepage at

2. Clear your browser's cookie + cache data, then refresh the page in your browser.

3. Log back into your account, then try making the purchase again.

If the above steps don’t solve the payment issue, you can call your bank or credit card company to identify the problem.
We are sorry to hear that you weren't satisfied with your Course. To process your refund, please submit a request HERE with the following details:

Email address associated with your account

Transaction ID number (located on your Course receipt)

Name of the course you'd like refunded

If the course was purchased through PayPal we'll also need the email address associated with your PayPal account.

Please make sure to have the information above on-hand.
How to redeem coupons?

Make sure you pay for your item before the coupon expiration date, and simply enter your coupon code at the check-out. During check-out, select PayPal as your payment method. If you want to make sure that your coupon code was applied to the item, look through your PayPal account statement after the transaction.

Courses & Membership

Go to Settings on your GFA membership account

Click Your email and accounts.

Click the Manage my GFA Account to update your profile.
To cancel your membership online, please follow these steps:

Go to the Account Details page on GFA membership.

Tip: If you're already on the Green Forex Academy website, you can click or tap Account Details.

Under your membership information, click or tap Cancel membership.

Follow the on-screen instructions to cancel your membership or review alternative membership options.

After completing your cancellation, you will receive an email confirmation of your account changes from GFA to the email address registered to your account.

Note: Be aware that you cannot cancel your membership on the GFA applications or on the mobile site. You can only cancel the membership from the desktop site. Deleting the GFA app from your device does not cancel the membership.

If you experience difficulty with the cancellation process or have any membership questions, you can contact GFA Customer Care directly. Someone is 24/7 to review your account with you.
Changing Your Password

If you don't know your password and are looking to recover it, please check this guide about what to do in such a crisis.

If you know your password and just want to change it, then updating it to a new one is easy! Make sure you're logged into your GFA account and go to the Account Settings of your profile.

You get to your personal Account Settings by clicking the user icon on the upper right corner of the page to the right of the 'Saved' button and selecting "Account Settings" from the menu that appears.

That will automatically take you to the page you need to change your password. On the right hand side of the page, you'll see the "Change Password" link.
Missing mobile purchase
If you purchased a course on iOS or Android, it's possible that the course was not registered to your account. Please email your purchase receipt to
Multiple e-mail accounts
If you use multiple e-mail accounts, or have a Facebook or Google account, try logging in with the associate e-mail addresses.
